Bid Training For A Construction Company

We have recently delivered bid training to a North West based construction company. The company has been supplying the public sector for over 30 years, but has recently lost a series of important bids. Initially we analysed their previous tenders to identify areas for improvement and gave recommendations for future tenders. The company MD then decided there was a need for bid training for all key personnel involved in tenders. We then delivered two half day seminars covering a range of topics including: selecting appropriate bid opportunities, performing a competitor analysis, setting a win strategy, creating a bid management plan, writing a compelling bid, and running productive bid reviews. We also delivered several one-to-one coaching sessions with relevant personnel.
