Business Development Support

We have recently supported a new client with business development activities other than bidding. We have performed research on a buyer organisation and their existing suppliers, identified potential ways of approaching this buyer, and drafted initial marketing material to approach key people in their organisation. Our intention is to build a relationship with key decision makers that will assist our client to win future work.

Whilst this is not our core business activity, it has been an interesting project and demonstrates our ability to provide support to business development activities other than purely bidding.
